PROCRASTINATION the "GHOST"

 Today, we being to you the best researched and most effective tips not just to end procrastination but also enjoy studying. So, don't take the risk of not reading this.

1. MAKE YOUR DISTRACTIONS YOUR REWARDS

Found it weird? But interestingly this works. As per many students it helped the student to study everyday with full concentration till 5 hours. I will help you modify this. First of all, we will plan sessions and write everything which distracts. Now, if you complete one session you can choose any one reward. If you complete two session you will get 2 rewards and so on.. 

CAUTION- Plan the reward enjoying sessions after studying not in the mid of it as this will harm your studies,

 Don't plan to study for 8 or 9 hours it will only fatigue you.



2. 15 minute rule

Sit for 15 minutes to do a task which you find tiring. Now after 15 minutes take 5 minutes break. Now study for little more. The procrastination will end up.




3. The reason to achieve something

Relate to your parents how they will feel when you achieve something. This will suck all your procrastination. How much will you procrastinate?

REMEMBER WE NEED CONSISTENCY SO YOUR FIRST DAY SHOULD BE EXPLORING SYLLABUS AND WATCHING SOMETHING INTERACTIVE SO THAT YOU CAN BE EXICTED TO UNDERSTAND THE TOPIC AND WHEN YOU READ SOMETHING YOU START DEVELOPING AND MAINTAIN EXCELLENT CONCEPTUAL CLARITY. 
  • NOW ITS TIME TO PRACTICE. I KNOW IT MAY OFFEND YOU. BUT IT TIME SAVING TIP IN EXAMS. AS MANY ANSWERS WHICH YOU HAVER PRACTICE WILL HELP YOU TO EXPRESS THE ANSWER AND YOU DO NOT NEED TO FRAME IT.
  • LAST TIP IS TO TAKE A SERIOUS TEST SO THAT NERVOUSNESS VANISHES AND YOU CAN REVISE AND BECOME PERFECT WITH THE TOPIC

Search in chrome for online timer you will get one. Set a timer for a task and make sure to accomplish that task in that time. How much tempting it may be stay to your task. 

**CAUTION- DON'T SET TIMER FOR LONG TIME IT WILL FATIGUE YOU AND YOU MAY GET DISTRACTED.**

YOU AND YOUR GOAL

 “WITHOUT COMMITEMENT YOU WILL NEVER START BUT WITHOUT CONSISTENCY YOU’LL NEVER FINISH.WITHOUT SELF DISCIPILINE SUCESS IS IMPOSSIBLE.”  



How hard do we think our goal is but the truth is it is just a matter of how you think about it? Let us admit it we do not believe in yourself. We feel we are not much talented; we are quite lazy and our friends our more talented than we are. THE REAL STRENGTH IS HIDDEN INSIDE YOU. 

 You are the supreme commander of your life. How hard it may seem to you? But you cannot run from all this. It is quite natural to self-doubt but nobody in the upcoming future will listen your excuses. Nobody will bother what you are. The only thing that matters is you, your arduous work and believe that nobody is born intelligent and you are equally blessed as others. 

 It is just the matter of fact how much you can fight winning or losing is the not purpose of your life. Real happiness is hidden inside you grab those books and start with a little goal, do it, and feel the motivation.  

Nobody can better motivate you than you yourself. Come out of your comfort zone just challenge a bit. I know it tires you but it is all in your hand. Remember all late nights and early mornings pay up at the right time. Do not wait for the arrival of right time just move ahead work hard and don’t give up. The real success of a person lies in staying with toughest task for longer time. Just stay with the time will pass and one day you will achieve what you wish. So, get up and start working. This is right time and forget about the result.
